I don't work on this patch, but I had a email in my mailbox:

Dear cep collaborators, to release the first version of CEP 2008 for Fifa 2008 I need the following language files located in data\cmn\fe\ directory:

spa.db
mex.db
brp.db

If you can send them by mail this would be very useful, I'll send you another forwarded mail when I've receive them all. Thanks, OckHAM

yes, it has been released, yesterday in Sweetpatch. nice work. all the database is based in fifa07,which is based in fifa06. all the teams wear the same collar. u mmust forget forever 08 format kits if u install it, because the .o file is replaced by fifa 07 format. that means that u can import fifa07 kits in fifa08 game and we must move all kitmakers back to fifa 07 editing threads. new teams, new patches may be compatible, but u have to change the format of the kits! nice, nice, nice. but if possible can any1 transform 08 kits to Fifa 1999 kit format?

& tournament is named: "High Ukrainian League"(not "premier-league")
NO RUSSIAN language...Oh, it's boring now...
