CC and Access editing

I would like to know what version of MS Access do you need to use to edit CC. Is there any tutorials to help in this process. I am finding the use of CC impossible. If i edit one part and then edit another part the two don't seem to be able to play at the same time.

you need access 2000 or xp for editing the cc access database (dev_all_data.mdb). You may find a very good access editing tutorial at www.fifauruguay.com (by Hakeem)

I have the Access Editor 1.0 by Maniac but when I start it, the editor window appears inside Access and there are some features that I cannot see/use because I can't expand the window to the bottom.

Does anyone else have this problem?

You must actived the scrollbar

The scroll bar is activated. I can scroll it down and expand the Access Editor window a little bit.
But then it just doesn't allow me to expand it anymore and I can't see beyond "Fifa Uruguay" link and the "Rename Leagues" options.
