Firstly thanks alot for scaling Gabbidon to 1GF for me!
Could you please link me to the West Ham kit that Gabbidon is wearing in the screenshot above? Cheers!
Also, could you provide me with a detailed step by step guide as to how to install the face now that I have the Rinaldo's tool and the face itself. I really dont know how to assign the face!

Okay, this is what i have successfully done now:
I have placed the files of the Gabbidon face into the correct Zdata folders:
Zdata_03 = m228__19271.o
Zdata_21 = t22__19271_0.fsh
Zdata_23 = t21__19271_0_0.fsh
Now that the Gabbidon files are in the collect Zdata folders, what do i need to do? How do i assign the textures to him?
I would be really grateful if you could help me out with the next step!

Cheers Lopikau, the face is working now! 
Now I must ask a big favour. Could you please edit the eyes of the face, at the moment i think they are a bit too big. Look at the images below, these will show you what i mean.

I THINK THE EYES WOULD LOOK BETTER LIKE THIS: (edited with photoshop)
Would you be able to make Gabbidons eyes look as they do in the second picture? Basically they need to be 'thinner' and darker. I would be really grateful, cheers mate!

Hey Carrick,
I just read your PM but I think Lopikau already helped you out here.
Concerning my West Ham Utd kits they are the ones Daver made for Fifa2005 in july of this year, reconverted to Fifa06 with the kit converter Rinaldo made, I use the home, away and yellow gk kit and they do look very good ingame. You can find them in his Fifa 2005 thread in the kits forum.
Now you did the right thing and put the files in the right zdata files. But keep in mind that once you start adding more faces, it is useful to create a new zdata_31.big file with File Master or Big Gui and put all the files in there, Fifa tends to crash once the zdata files get too big in size or contain too many files, I recommend, for Fifa06, to not go over 515 files per big (500 are already in there by default), no matter the file size, or to make zdata.big files NO bigger than 60 Mb (even if they contain less files than 515)
