Let's hope Ruud has shaken off the rust, we're counting on him and his scoring record in the CL to get us through. Won't predict a score because it can go either way, just hoping to move into the next round.

wtf? are u serious? why are u considering man utd making a good acheivment? :crazyboy: :o

Ill be dissapointed if Man Utd are knocked out, but if they are knocked out, i will be glad it is to AC Milan, because i have a lot of respect for Milan, and ill be glad to say we lost to a good team. But i think Man Utd will pull this one off, i can't see Milan defending the full game because they dont want a reconstruction of the Deportivo game last year. I could see this game going into extra time, Man Utd winning 1-0 in normal time, with both teams getting a goal in extra time sending Man Utd through.

Cant wait for the game, let the best team win

P.S Rossi is never going to play in this game :| wont even make subs bench

If Ruud shows up, United can go on away-goals. If not, I doubt that anyone else can penetrate the Milan defense.

i say 1-0 Milan or 1-1.

Milan will play some offensive football but not that much, and i can see our defense stepping up again.

I can't see us winning this tie if Milan play anything like they did at Old Trafford. I'd love to be optimistic but I think realisticly Milan will probably win 1-0. I sincerely hope I'm wrong.

things aren't that bleak. Afterall, we're only one goal down, even though it's an away goal.

If we score early, anything could happen.

By the way, we haven't scored from set pieces a lot recently...
I'd like to see a goal from a corner kick...

Like the one where he assisted his perfect strike partner Richard Dunne in two goals (H) :p ;)

To have any chance of winning this match United will have to go crazy at them from the moment the whistle is blown. Let Ronaldo and Giggs run wild at their fullbacks, whoever they may be from the onset. If we somehow manage to get an early goal that would surely rock Milan. We have to shoot on sight, keep their defence and goalkeeper busy, we can't allow them to have as much comfort as they had at Old Trafford.

-----------------Howard----------------------

Wes-------Rio-------Mickey-------Heinze

----Scholes-------Keane--------Giggs---

Ronaldo---------Ruud-----------Rooney

Two strikers is a must here, because as we saw in the first leg Rooney was isolated up front, he probably had only about ten touches in the whole match. Nesta and Maldini were too much for him, so although van Nistelrooy was poor on Saturday, we have to stick with him. In the Champions League is where he's at home too, so him and Rooney upfront is what we should play, with Ronaldo pushing up giving support.

This way we'll have both Rooney and Ronaldo rotating around van Nistelrooy and Giggs pushing up every now and again. With those players on the pitch we can easily swtich to a 4-4-2 at any time.

Let's give it to them.

Attack! Attack! Attack! Attack! Attack!

Just don't go down without a fight!

we must keep attack until the last minute. score as many as we can to secure the place. hopefully there will be no error from our team. may our attackers break milan defend and qualify for the next phase
