Champions League?

When or IF u manage to get to a top club such as Man Utd will you be taking your team in to the Champions League?

15 years as a manager seem a while! since in my second season im with leeds in the championship?

and one got this far?

Well I was Celtic and after finishing 2nd in the league in my first season I got into the Champions League, so yes if you are Manchester United and finish within the top 4, you will be in the Champions League.

Yeah, that's right. The trophies look just like the real ones, but they don't call it UEFA Cup or Champions League. That's no big deal, as long as the competition is in the game, that's cool with me. They can't get licensing for everything, although it would be nice. :)

They got the license but they aren't using it with FIFA. EA Sports is making a whole seperate game for Champions League using the license. There is a thread about it somewhere, you can search for it.

Now that...is not only odd, but stupid. That's a game that should be boycotted. They're just trying to make as much money off of us, the consumers, as they can.

I can understand making seperate games for the World Cup and Euros, but it's not like the Champions League is a competition that is played in the off season like the World Cup and the Euros. So why would you make a seperate game for the Champs League? Are your players going to fatigue in between Champs League matches because they have been playing domestic league games that aren't in the game?

Ugh...that's silly.

That's a damn shame, why would you even consider doing that, that's like if they didn't put the superbowl in madden, and offered a game that just had two teams in it and you could only play the superbowl

Fifa is Fifa, UEFA is UEFA. They are two totally different organisations which is why UEFA licences aren't in the game. FIFA have the rights over the competitions they govern i.e EPL, La Liga, Serie A etc..but they don't govern the Champions League or UEFA Cup, that's governed by UEFA.

I understand that it's a conflict of interest, but still...it's quite ridiculous to even make a Champions League game. Who's going to want to play it if there's no league play in between the Champs League games? Or are they going to reverse the roles and make all of the leagues generic and have the sponsors for the Champions League and UEFA Cup?

I still feel the same, it's silly.
