Not really. It is the system that gets the Mazacar on the field and gets the best out of Mata, but it is not the best formation for us. A 4-3-3 would allow us to play playmakers on the wing and allow the fullbacks forward without compromising the defense, which the side cannot accomplish in a 4-2-3-1. It would also place Oscar, Ramires, Lampard, Mikel and Romeu (and McEachran and KDB) in a midfield in which they can all thrive.

Nah man, 4-2-3-1 allows the fullbacks forward more. And I don't really care about Mazacar, just Mata, your best player who should play his best position. I haven't been shy about my opinion that Ramires should play on the wing.

Mata would still play very centrally, but the current 4-2-3-1 isn't working because it doesn't allow us to play our best players in their best positions, and when we tried that, we were destoryed on the flanks. It didn't allow the fullbacks to go forward more because the MCs couldn't cover for them adequately, wherein a regular holder would manage better.

They can have both, Chelsea doesnt has many strikers, Torres is not reliable and will probably be fired, Ba is average, they sold Sturridge to Liverpool and i thinl Lukaku will be loaned to another EPL team again.

Schurrle is probably Sturridge quality at lone striker, or at best Ba. He's been on the left wing for like 3 years now.

I'm not sure that we'd need a midfuelder in a 4-3-3. Mata and Hazard create around the box, KDB and Oscar (maybe McEachran or somebother youth in the future) from midfield and Luiz from deep.

I read an article were one of Mourinho's demands to join you guys was that Lampard was to be offered another year.

I'm really hoping that's true, How could a team simply get rid of its best scorer this season, our biggest legend and the sexiest player?
