He was good today, his goal was brilliant, and he has been better this season. But the Spanish commentators kept saying he has had a great season and is simply false. Scoring goals in the Europa League is not good enough, he needs to deliver in the league.

Here is a fact that the majority of you people like having pointed out to you: It is clear that Chelsea's European success over the past several years demonstrates the complete and utter disappointment that Sir Alex Ferguson was for Manchester United in Europe. Quite frankly, ManU under Ferguson was not much different than Lyon or Celtic......a domestic powerhouse with relatively little on the grandest stage of all. There are different levels involved, with neither Lyon or Celtic accomplishing the ultimate in European competition, but if you look at what United did in the EPL and compare that the Chelsea, it is completely apparent that Ferguson simply could not deliver on beating Liverpool in Europe. They aren't even level or within 1, which is just shocking. Not to mention his complete and utter lack of motivation for competing in the EUROPA/UEFA Cup.
3. Good job Rafa.........I knew you could do it. Too bad in the fight between Red and Blue, good and evil, you chose evil.

Making the final 3 times in 4 years, was a huge disappointment too.
