Change Boot Names?

Hello,
i just wanted to know if there is a way how to change the name of a created Boot.
e.g. i created a Boot with the ID of 240 (didnt exist before), so when i open the eng_us.db i just add a new Line with the Name of the Boot, the ID and the Hash-ID (could someone explain me what a Hash-ID is?). but ingame it doesnt show the Name of the Boot, it just shows "CreatePlayerBoot_240".
does anyone know how to add Boot-Names?

already got the Mistake! for everyone who is interested:
1.) String ID must be "CreatePlayerBoot_240", and not "Boot_240"
2.) when you click on HashID, you have got a Button in the Top which says "Hash". press that
3.) save and the Name will be shown ingame

yeah, i used DB Master 12. i opened the en_us.db and the eng_us-meta.html, then i created a new line, then i entered the name of the boot in the first row, then i pressed the "Hash" button in the second row and then i entered "CreatePlayerBoot_240" in the last row. and it worked fine!
