Change Time Of Day

I'm using moddingway 2.0 patch and none of the stadiums allow me to change the time of day, is there an unlocker I'm not seeing for this?

Regularcat already answered your question I believe. You can try changing the Time of Day values in the db tables, but it's just a demo so I doubt that will work.
