Changing logos?

Hi,

So I did a search on this subject but could not find the answer.

I've changed the team logos on the field for a couple of teams I've created. My problem is I cannot get the background to be transparent. I've changed it to black as some have suggested but it still shows up as black on the field. And I even erased all of the background as someone else suggested but the background still appeared white. I tried to make it transparent using Paint Shop Pro but it still is white. Any ideas?

Another problem. I also changed the menu logos using EA Graph to extract the image. I then update the bmp and put it back in again. But when I play the game and choose a team, none of the logos show up for the image I just edited. I followed any directions I've found on the forum but still can't get the logos to show up. These are the logos found in the FEART/FLAGS file.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. Peace.

for your problem on the background you need to create a background with the colour RGB value or 255, 0, 255.
Once you do that it will be fine. You could just copy a pre-made EA logo, paint bucket it with the colour RGB and then paste your logo on the new background

About your second issue, i never used EA Graph for them so i can't help you

By the way, I did find the Menu Logo Tutorial at fifa-mra.com.
The link for it at fifaonline.it doesn't work. I'll give the tutorial a read tonight and see if it helps. Thanks again! Peace.

I tried your suggestion of 255,0,255 for the background color but still no luck. It ends up showing the color. I tried creating a logo from scratch with Paint Shop Pro. I used a transparent background but it still shows up as white.

I guess I'll try using one of the other logos - they are found in the LOGOS folder in the FEART directory, right? This will be my last attempt. No big deal since you only see the logo for a second or two anyway, but it would have been nice. I really should just spend more time just playing so maybe one day I can make past semi-pro level. What do you mean by optimize? I've just started learning how to edit so could you explain what you mean. What will the optimize function do? Not too familiar with PS Pro. Was still using the Windows supplied Paint program (outdated generic program!) until recently. I'm not home right now so I'll check it out later.
