Changing Master League (A,B,C)?

Is there a way to change Master leagues? I'll explain, if im playing in master league C can i change to master league A or do i have to start a new master league...Is too boring playing always with the same teams...

I don't think it's possible. I'm getting pretty bored playing the same teams aswell
