Changing stuff but using CEP

HI Guys

I wonder if there is any way to edit things such as collars kit numbers and adding keeper and 3rd kits, but still able to use CEP patch. i am not able to use the CC as making any changes to the game will result in the game crashing.

hope some good person could help
