Changing team Captain Xbox 360

Does anyone know how to change your team captain on manager mode, it seems to be that any player in centre midfield is captain?

Starting XI
go to team management. then in there highlight a player (in the lineup) and press x. u will notice a 'c' on the player's circle in the formation lineup above.
