What kind of changes are you looking to make??
I want to change the order of the matches.
I play with Barca,and the current order of the league matches is Sporting,Getafe,Atletico,Racing...
And I want to change it to another order,for example:Atletico,Villarreal...
In different word:I want to change the whole calendar.

The only tool that I know of that will give you a fighting chance is Manager Master, and it sounds like you've already tried and failed. You could try adjusting the fixtures table using Internal Master but you will need to understand how the game_number, rtsg and num_games_left_in_group fields interract with each other between entries.
Solution
You should be able to change the dates of the matches to suit your team, there is a checkbox just above the list of fixtures each day (see attachment) which you need to uncheck in order to change the date, but you have to change the date of each match individually from what I can gather.
NOTE: You CANNOT change the date of a match that has already been played.

u can do that using Manager Master or Creation Master...go to the tournaments then (spanish liga in ur case) u'll see the classification of the year earlier..well basically change that and ur calender will change..for example if getafe is in the 7th place and atlectico M is in the 3rd place and ur next match is against getafe and u wanna play against Atletico..simply switch the 7th and 3rd places (let Atletico be 7th and getafe 3rd)..of course u cannot switch straight away cause ull get an error telling u the team is already there..so instead of getafe put some other random team from outside the liga..then add getafe in atletico's place and then replace the team outside the liga with atletico (getafe place earlier)..and u can do the same with all the other teams
I tried to do the Javyol's way.
But in MM10 I can't save.
when I click on save it makes an error.
I did it when I'd wanted to continue later(It wasn't finished),so I left it open but then it crashed!
I had 2 option,to save and continue later or to leave it open and continue open.
