Changing to other master leagues (A,B,C)

Is there a way to change of master league? I explain i play in master league C, can i change to master league A?

no man, certain teams are in certain leagues
so unless you start over with a different team ur stuck in that league
although u can play those other teams in champs league, or wefa cup if u make it...
