Yes, it is true. i can't see man utd winning the title now. they are too crap. van nistelrooy is crap, as is blanc, and phil nevile (why does alex play phil neville). oh yeah, barthez is also crap. man utd should try for a champs league place, but with the way they are playing, i don't even see them getting that! c'mon leeds!

Interesting trivia....

Manure's Premiership losses are to:

Bolton
Liverpool
Arsenal
Newcastle
Chelsea

Hmmm...wonder if that's a coincidence or not! Hahahaha....

Our lads outsung all of Old Trafford for 90 minutes (not that it's difficult)...."You came all this way and lost"....:)

Unbelievable!
I would NOT believed it if i hadn't seen it with my own eyes.
What a terrible display, a disaster to say the least.
It's obvious that ManUnited is not playing well and that's an understatement
How the hell can you lose against Chelsea at Old Trafford???!
If they play like that, they don't deserve the title and I'm a Unitedfan but I have to be realistic here.
Why the HELL is Barthez still 'defending' the goal??
He's a clown, I thought that Fergie would've learned his lesson but I guess I was wrong.
It's still early seasons yet so I hope they'll get better eventually.

Your wise words have led me to believe that you are a YANK ;)

First thing, Scum is reserved for the fans of Liverpool and Man Utd to call at each other. To a real Chelsea Supporter the scum are not Man Utd, scum are probably fulham or charlton.

Next thing, wow Man Utd aren't playing well this season, welcome to football, nothing is permanent if they don't win it this year just wait, the players will be back.

How many times have I seen that at Stamford Bridge?

It must be great supporting Chelsea, spending so much on players which your own chairman calls 'Lemons'. Not winning anything but 2 trophies in 5 years. I was totally amazed today that more than one english player was on your team.

Anyone else who thinks the legacy is over, it is not, we are merely on a break.

As for man utd fans and players stand up and be counted, this spell should separate the fans from the wanabes.

van nistelrooy is crap,

Actually, he is not. I can understand you're upset and frustrated but nitelrooy is a talent! We must not forget he had a evere injury and you can't erase a year (or so) w/out playing. Better days will come. For him, not for ManU (especially agst Boavista) ;)

Manu have lost 5 games, in recent seasons Alex said he had to avoid losing six games in order to win the premiership. I honeslty don't see them winning all of their league games until the seaoson ends.

Its nice to see manutd losing, it makes the premiership much more interesting, but I don't think Manu will win the EPL, CL or the FA CUP, and at the moment they are already struggling for a CL place.

When Ronny Johson, dennis Irwin and giggs comes back then it might be a different story. Wes Brown is not good enough, although he is fast and can tackle the ball, he is not a major threat for big strikers. Alex shouldn't have bought Veron, I know he is a excellent player but they simply did not need him, he is the catylst in the squad at the moment. They should go back to the basic 4-4-2 with Cole and Van Nistelooy.

PS: I am a neutral fan

Give credit

Im a Man U fan, and have to agree with a few points, and disagree with a few points :).

Man U fans streaming out of the ground: Come on I have seen Chelsea fans leaving 15 mins before the end of game (presumably to beat London masses), it happens at all grounds.

Man U actually had a better game today than they have had in a while, they were still crap, but I would guess they could come back from this, and until the second goal they were starting to look at least a bit better.. However Chelsea played well to take nothing way from them (remember they beat Leeds midweek as well).

No chance of winning the Championship? Now this is interesting Man U are potentially 8 points behind, with most teams due a bad run... Yeah Liverpool are consistent at the moment but what happens when Owen goes for his yearly one/two month injury? Liverpool are renowned for inconsistency. As for Leeds actually these are my fave for the championship, but I think as the season wears on they might start to falter with a small midfield squad (if Bowyer goes who can replace him ? Batty LOL?) to choose from..

What should alex do?

Dump Blanc and buy King (Spurs) or Hofland or another big defender, this is where Man Us problems are make no mistake. If they plug this gap, then Brown is good enough as a second defender, you just cant expect him to do it on his own.

Veron? Man U are trying to play everything through him, and it isnt working, I agree hes upset the balance of the side..

Man U also miss Giggs badly, sad to say, but without him we look average, Fortune isnt good enough.

I agree P Neville is shite...

Your kind make me laugh. You like to slag off other supporters because their club don't win trophies, or they have too many foreigners. Why the hell would I care anyway? I'm American, not English. (this is your cue to insert the myopic and blinkered argument that I shouldn't be supporting Chelsea because I'm not English, yada yada yada)

Supporting a football club should never be about trophies, as you seem to believe. Isn't it about standing behind the lads week in, week out, in good times and bad? All credit to Manure, they've won loads of trophies...we're happy for ya. So don't trot out the tired old "jealousy" thing.

The chairman....well, I don't care much for Uncle Ken. :) And your math is a bit off...1997 and 2000 FA Cups, 1998 League Cup, 1998 European Cup Winners Cup, 1998 European Super Cup. The Charity Shield shouldn't count. ;) Sure a couple of those aren't much to be proud of, but lots of clubs never win ANYTHING. And when you endure frustrating losses to the Watfords and Bradfords of this world when you have gobs more talent on paper, it makes those successes (however modest) that much sweeter.

Don't go judging who's a "real" Chelsea supporter and who isn't, you'll just risk looking like an idiot, which I don't think you are. Every Chelsea supporter I know calls Man Utd the Scum (and you're lucky we capitalize the S, lol), and I'll continue to do so as I please. There's dirty L**ds, who most of us hate worse than your lot. We all just laugh at Sp*rs, because Three Point Lane is like home away from home. Those are our three biggest rivalries of late....Charlton don't even rank, even though they're a London club. Fulham of course because they're our neighbors, but the two haven't been in the same division much in recent memory.

Final point, your starting XI consisted of 5 Englishmen, ours 3. Not much of a difference. The Premiership is as much of a melting pot these days as America is....wake up and smell the coffee, everyone has foreign players. :)

If people like you were the ultimate authority on who is a "real" supporter of (insert name of club here), then the world would be a dismal place indeed. :) LOL
