yea please move on no more chelsea they only have a couple of good players like lampard,duff,and cole there pretty much da whole team but anyway...... :rolleyes:

With Drogba being so maligned, I think Hernan will definately be the man to start up front in the first game. Against a lineup that doesnt pose too much of an offensive or counterattacking threat, I think Gudjohnsen is going to be slid into that midfield role, and if that happens then I cant see Drogba getting picked over Crespo

Essien seems to say something new every day. One day his dream move is Chlesea, the next his idols were guys like Beckham and Cantona, the next his ideal manager is Wenger. His posturing is painfully transparent. And yah, I agree, the team dont need him at this point. Im not too bothered if they dont get another midfielder, as the team is well covered.

I don't think the midfield is thin, since Lampard and Makelele are what they are.
I wanna see Carvalho instead of Gallas (don't really like Gallas), Del Horno instead of Bridge (I'm convinced he'll be the starting LB), and finally Didier but it's not gonna happen.

Crespo is a killer. I think he has to figure in the starting eleven.

I could of got tickets but i'm away for the weekend.

To be honest I don't know who I want to win. I'm not usually superstisous but the charity shield curse isn't something I want at Arsenal again. But to win would give us a greqat boost for the game a fortnight later. Ohh discisions...

Anyway I reckon it'll be a good game like the one at Highbury not the crap at SB.
