This was the worst Chelsea peformance I have seen since the Abramovich era started.

I've seen worst. I remember Chelsea getting hammered conceding four goals. Dont remember who the opponent was though.

Chelsea-Milan would have generated more money IMO. People are bored every year the same game. Besides, Sheva's return to Milan would have been "fantastic".

No other game in CL club football gets more hype than Chelsea-Barca.. You don't have a clue if you think people are bored with this rivalry Maybe Chelsea-Milan is the game you wanted to see, but don't be ridiculous..

But it wouldn't. Chelsea vs Barca is what everyone wants to see (except you of course). Chelsea vs Milan = yawn.

I think you're missing the spirit of the sport here...

If it's a great rivalry with argueably the two best teams in club football, not to mention all the controversy on and off the field, the press conferences, trash talking coaches, etc.... then you're damn right I wanna see this match every year!

What real football fan wouldn't? It's what we crave man...

I cant believe we're lumped in with that group in Europe. Someone good isnt going through and if we dont watch ourselves, Bremen might just molest us with that attack. We need someone to replace Gallas, period. Khalid is versatile, but Gallas's strenghs lie in his speed, atheticism and power

Sounds like Chelsea is a one man team with all the histeria surrounding the Gallas affair. I would understand it if we were talking about Terry but no Gallas. In my opinion Terry is the best defender in England, he is way more influential and i don´t even have to talk about his goal scoring ability. Gallas already showed that he doesn´t want to stay. Forcing him to stay would be a sign of weakness specially when Chelsea has so many options.

We dont NEED Gallas. Once he goes he will soon be forgotten. He has contributed to the team thats true, but lets not add to his ego and talk as if he is the greatest defender alive. He is an OK defender, and thats it. I've seen him play week in and week out for a few seasons now and believe me when I say this, when he gets the ball he will either do something useful or do something stupid. You will not know which of those choices it will be until he does it. He can be clumsy and at times his brain completely switches off. In my opinion he has always been overated. If the rest of the defence wasn't so strong, his weaknesses would have surfaced a long time ago.

He does not like playing as a full back because he is too exposed in that position and his fu<k ups are there for all to see. He likes to be tucked in the center of the defence where JT does most of the hard work and the full backs take care of the danger from the wings. He knows he is s.h.i.t as a full back and thats the reason he will not play there. Let him go FFS. Let some other club pay a fortune to find out his limitations.
