I thought i would start this thread before anyone else does.
I'm actually quite looking forward to this match. Despite the absence of key players such as Shearer, Butt and Carr we've coped well over the past two weeks.
Bellamy and Kluivert have linked up impressively since Shearer's absence. With Bellamy's pace and Kluivert’s neat interplay and vision the new pairing will become a force to be reckoned with. Jenas has excelled in his new captains role and tends to be the driving force of anything good we’ve produce recently, imo he's hitting his best form since joining the club. However i don't have to look any furthur than the back line to find any weaknesses within the team. I certainly can't see us handling Chelsea's on form attackers. Robben and Duff could have a field day.
Being a realistic fan i'm going to predict a 2-1 win for Chelsea but i don't think we'll see a repeat of the kicking they gave us at the bridge last season.
BTW kick off is at12:45.
