Thanks for asking - I'm glad to hear that someone still remembers the things I contributed with on the ESP-patches

The reason I'm not involved in POTD (or any other FIFA2K patches for that matter) is, that I never liked the game, so I never really bothered to start editing stuff for that game. But I'm sure that Chris and Drinky has made a great effort, and that their graphical add-ons (menus, jerseys, flags, whatever
)) are as good as I could have made them.

In my honest opinion FIFA99 is stil the best football-game around - just too bad no-one really seems to take makje things for that game (stadium-editors, chant-editors etc.).

But thanks for asking
) - lets hope that FIFA2001 is a better game - then I might consider editing stuff for that game

Well I prefer Fifa 99 over 2000 any day.But I played Fifa 99 blissfully unaware that ANY patches-let alone ESP were available.I've since been trying to get a hold of this patch to no avail.The link on Fifa 99 doesn't work,so is there anywhere where I can still get it? Cheers.

Kristian Borten is still, in my mind, the best kits maker of all time. I think I have done an excellent job on the PotD for FIFA 2000 kits, but if Kristian had been there doing them with me or even on his own, the patch would have been (unbelievably!) better. Unfortunately Kristian believes that FIFA 99 is better than 2000; At the time I agreed with him but after playing FIFA 2000 ever since I don't think I could ever go back! Still, we don't argue about it, in-fact Kristian is without doubt my best ever friend in the entire world! But until we see a better FIFA game, Kristian will not edit. But as he said in his reply to this topic, FIFA 2001 could (and SHOULD, hint hint EA Sports) be better, and then his 100% accurate and beautiful artwork will come back to us all... I live in hope!

"kingcasey" - As for your want for the E.S.P. (English Super Patch), where were you when it was put back again and again and the forums were in riots??? Unfortunately I have never found time to upload the E.S.P. to FIFA 99.net but as soon as I stop working on PotD, it will be uploaded.

I hope to that Fifa 2001 will be better OR I will stop buying Fifa games for a while and go for FAPLFM 2001 instead.
