It was a "mutual" agreement between Vieri and Inter. So what if he wanted to play for Milan? A lot of players have dreams of playing for a certain team. He played with heart for Inter and that's all that mattered

Anyways, the only downside of this transfer is that Crespo wont stay. And that is not Milan's fault. That was Chelsea's decision. Whats the purpose of sending players away on loan anyway? To see wether he performs well or not. Crespo obviously did and now Chelsea want him back. Besides, Vieri came for free and Milan released a few players anyway so the wage bill doesnt change much.

Vieri needs to work on his heading!He's missed a lot of good chances this season and also in the WC!I've said this a million times already but as long as we get Gilardino ill be happy!No Crespo,No Gila = Sheva+ Vieri :kader: Vieri wont even be able to keep up with Sheva!

But Gila would me much better!!!! :) He's younger, faster and was almost the Serie A top scorer two years in a row! Sheva (last years top scorer) + Gila (future Seria A top scorer) = KILLER OFFENCE!

Btw who won the golden boot or wtv that award is called for the top scorer in Europe?Was it Henry again?

if Vieri wasn't hurt most of the season, he would have been the starter with Adriano. Because Vieri was hurt a lot, Martins and Cruz got the chance to prove them selves and did a great job, so it was hard for Mancini to choose Vieri over Martins
