Now that's a very interesting ideea.
I'll have to say that lighting in fifa 16 is very bad, especially daytime sunny, so if this trick works, it would be wonderfull.
However, is it sure that only the fx files influence lighting?
Also, are you planning on fixing all the stadiums? I ask because I'm adding new stadiums by replacing generic ones, so a fix one these generic ones would be great.

This mods only changes the stadium lighting, the brighter lights and the bigger light cores but does not change the fx of the engine
But when I was looking to transfer the dinamic adboards files on the file stadium adboards I noticed that the lighting could change depending on the stadium
Can be stadium maker could tell us why
But I also think there is much improvement still to be done on fifa16
