I thought I'd move a wee bit south now - to Ayrshire to be precise or vague as it tends to be.

Irvine Meadow or Medda as they are known.

Maybe something further afield might be in order.

3. Liga Germany - I'd better make sure I don't speak any German though lol.

That is the plan, although finding the font for the Muenster kit seems difficult. Saarbrucken wont be hard as I have an old trikot zuhause.

OH well some issues getting onto Soccergaming the last couple of days but I've pent a wee bit of time trawling through various German websites, some of which were even football related.

Anyway here are some more kits
This times from Babelsberg a team from Potsdam. Nice place Potsdam, Schloss Sans Souci is always worth a visit. I found you could also buy IRN BRU in a wee shop in the main Fussgaengerzone. The Highland Cream Toffee bars also came in handy on my way back into Berlin.
The EWP logo looks reminiscent of some incarnation of Pepsi.

Next off the blocks is VFL Osnabruck. I have been through Osnabruck once but remember a German restaurant in Forfar by a similar name which was pretty good fun on away days. Purple is an interesting concept which doesn't get worn by many teams out there.

Now I think I'm going to share the kits of Hansa Rostock. A team formed when a group of players were uprooted from its community in the 1950s by the East German Government and moved to sunny Rostock. Anyway, Rostock have been up and down and are included in quite a few FIFA games.

Once upon a time I sat at the Moselstadion in Trier watching a derby match between Eintracht Trier and FC Saarbrucken. The match was heated as most CLASSICOS are. Both teams have slid a wee bit since that 2. Bundesliga game but Saarbrucken have rebounded a wee bit back to 3. Liga.

Next a wee trip to Munster. No not Ireland, Munster in Munsterland. I apologise for the lack of umlaute - simply my UK keybaord doesn't handle 'em.

Munster is where the major part of the 1648 Treaty of Westphalia was signed which essentially acknowledge the independence of both the Netherlands and Switzerland. They are also mad about cycling. Munster Hauptbahnhof hosting organised cycling chaos on a daily basis. The Preussen in the teams name seems to hark back to an old Prussian identity.
