Is it possible to change boot models? I mean, some Predators are assigned to 2-stud models (which I believe to be the SG ones), and some are assigned to 3-stud models (which I believe to be the FGs). The thing is, I want to assign that Infrared-Black-White LZ to the old Red/Black/White Predator, but it has a 2-stud model. Can I clone a 3-stud Predator model and use the ID of the other boot?

in cm12 find the boot model you want, next to where it says show/hide theres an import and an export button, click export 3d model and choose a folder. just change the number to whatever the shoe number is that you want to have that model, copy it to data/sceneassets/shoe, regenerate and it should have changed the model

hey man can you please explain again -
1. where to change the boot model number?
2. data/sceneassets/shoe in the folder we have exported the shoe or the folder CM12?
3.what do you mean by regenerate?

Thanks!!

It gets me that error too. Just place the model in the sceneassets/shoe folder, then regenerate. If you still can't see the 3d preview, make sure you've imported the right textures and saved them. They should be ok in game, usually when you restart CM the 3d preview should work too. If they work well in game, it's not a big deal.

Oh my firiend, I've just got married and had a six-month old daughter. Therefore I don't have enough time to make boot(Y).

so if you extract the boot to the desktop, there should be a folder data, inside that sceneassets, inside that shoe, then there should be an rx3 file inside that, for shoe 60 in cm12 it'll be shoe_60.rx3

change the 60 to whichever number you want, for example if 60 is a soft ground model and you want that as the model for shoe 70, change the 60 to 70 so it will be shoe_70.rx3

if you want to use the same model for another slot, just copy, paste and rename it to shoe_71.rx3 or whatever. after that copy these rx3 files to wherever you have fifa installed e.g c/program files/origin games/fifa 12/game/data/sceneassets/shoe, paste them there. if you don't have those folders just create them.

theres a program called fifa 12 i68 regenerator, it'll be on the forum somewhere or google it. open it up, click start and wait till it finishes the process. it basically tells the game to read the files you've created in your folders rather than the files in the data1.big or whatever.

hopefully that works
