Surely you will be able to put in the uefa champions league winning celebrations on ucl 0607 in fifa 09.

could you also put the euro 2008 ones in aswell

Surely not for both of them
There are some things made by the UCL and EURO exe that the FIFA exe can't make and so, if you try for example the cinematics when they raise the trophy the best thing you can achieve is that they raise the ball

So even if you put in the trophy files they won't show?

I guess it wouldn't be possible to have the new final cinematics applied to a certain tournament only, and have it pick up the trophy files from EURO/UCL/WC that we happen to import?

It's impossible to MAKE completely new cinematics. All we can do is play around with cinematics that EA have made to see which ones will import into 09 and which ones will not.

About that thing (ball not bouncing on adboards) there is already the possibility. You just have to change the collision file of an original stadium in order to fit the adboard of the new stadium. And to make this, you have to use the light worker by Ludo:

As you can see it has also a collision system that helps you doing it

Hi all. I have a very important news for you today: as you know one of most annoying thing of new imported stadiums is that you don't have any intro cinematic for them and also you cannot see the coming in player in the sub because there is not the cinematic where the game shows the crowd of the stadium in the new ones...
Today I have found a fantastic way that will put an end at this situation. I have found a way to assign to all imported stadiums (keeping the original cine for original stadiums) a range of different cinematics. You don't have to do nothing: just to install the cinematics patch I will pubblish soon. Then, you will have some different intros for ALL the stadiums you have or you will import in FIFA 09. And the same is for sub cine and other "stadium related" cine.
I think I will take 15/20 intro cine from original FIFA 09 intros and I will give the game the possibility to do a random chance between these 20 intros every time it loads an imported stadium... For example:
IMPORTED STADIUM 1: Luigi Ferraris - Marassi
IMPORTED STADIUM 2: San Paolo
IMPORTED STADIUM 3: Tardini

LOAD 1: Marassi: CINE 1 (random choice)
LOAD 2: Marassi: CINE 10 (random choice)
LOAD 3: Marassi: CINE 6 (random choice)
LOAD 4: San Paolo: CINE 10 (random choice)
LOAD 5: Tardini: CINE 13 (random choice)
LOAD 6: Tardini: CINE 3 (random choice)
LOAD 7: San Paolo: CINE 7 (random choice)
LOAD 8: Tardini: CINE 6 (random choice)
LOAD 9: San Paolo: CINE 5 (random choice)

Of course I will take the cinematics with most aerial cameras or those close to the goal net. In this way there will be few possibilities of compenetration with some stadiums structures...

Release features of 1st update:
1) Different players intro for important match (no flashbacks no more)
2) Different players intro for less important match (no flashbacks)
3) New popups including "match name, match day, match stadium, rivalry stats, commentators name" and other if I am able. No referee popup for the moment. I will add it in "referees patch" for the first time!
4) Bug corrections
5) New system that allows to have intro and other specific cines for every imported stadium
6) Other minor things I don't remember...
