Or known as Cidade de Deus is the best film i have seen this year. It is a foreign film from Brasil and its in Portugues but its the best film i have seen this year and i highly recommed this to anyone that hasnt seen this movie yet. I give it 10/10:rockman:

For anyone wondering here is the plot

Plot Outline: Two boys growing up in a violent neighborhood of Rio de Janeiro take different paths: one becomes a photographer, the other a drug dealer.

This movie was amazingly good and i dont know why it hasnt won an award:kader:

Its a great film and next time you go to get a movie check this one out.

Also for people that has seen it.... post your opinions.

It's been out for about a year or so I think, I've seen it twice already and it's still one of the best movies in recent years. Not only is the story extremely great, gripping and everything you would expect from a good story but also the editing, cinematography, lighting and visual effects are absolutely top notch.
Defenitely one of the best (foreign) films ever!

It does have English subtitles, yes.

yeah great movie. that neighborhood exists in real life at Rio. The brazilian actors are one of the bests in the world, just see their soap-operas :)
