It's like every game, I don't know what to expect from Bayern.

I hope for a win by two goals so that we still can win the group, but it'll be hard tp put two goals behind Buffon.

Starting XI
bayern 0-1 juve
Del Piero

this will be a good tactical game i think
interest to see if juve try to hold or go out attacking in a bid to qualify

This match will show us how smart and tacticaly gifted (if so) Magath is. I think if he plays his cards right, this game is definately winable! Seeing that Juve are very defensive and most likely be more defensive since its playing away, Bayern needs to not fall for Juve's tactics by playing an ultra offensive game. The key will be Bayern's midfield... if Bayern's midfield manages to attack and defend on a constant basis, it will be a Bayern win. But, if Bayern's midfield sits back and waits for the back line to defend, then they're in trouble. Also, Bayern's back line needs to stay put... no need to go up and attack, leave it up to the Bayern mids and fowards to do that job.. because with one Juve counter, Bayern is dead. I dont know what plays Bayern will put on the field, but if its smart, Bayern will need to play a 4-2-2-2 formation.
We need two, yes two, defensive mids on the field with one of them doing the dirty work (going up and down throughout the game). Two attacking mids that will support Pizarro and Makaay... but ultimately, if Bayern plays it smart, it will be the Bayern mids that will score... all Pizarro and Makaay need to do is to pull the defenders towards them and have both attacking midfields do the scoring... this will get Juve dumbfunded on the field. Closer to the end of the game, if its still 0-0, Bayern will need to take out one of the strikers and add another attacking mid so that Juve can try to attack more, thus will leave Bayern plenty of room for the midfield counter. Another key part will be Pizarro.. if Magath is smart he will instruct Pizarro to play almost as a midfielder, try to win ball in the midfield so that both attacking mids and one defensive mid can go up and attack only on counters. Ultimately Bayern will have to look like a 4-2-3-1 to win this game and if its done correctly, Bayern will have played against Juve's tactics just right. The key is countering Juve's tactics and in doing everything i've stated above, this could be an easy 1-0 or 2-0 for Bayern.

Do it up Bayern!!! :hump:

i would be happy with a 1-1 tie as long as nedved either scores or has assist
