How about 19 players each in six teams ?

38 players in a team doesn't make much sense after all effort to have 114 players covered. With 6 teams you could probably have a league in tournament mode..

What is the logic behind 3 teams here If I may ask?

Sorry to hear that. Database I cannot make because I do not have deep knowledge of these players. DB would require good knowledge of their particular attributes.

I have never made faces. Never made minifaces too.

But if you can tell what is the tools ( software) and procedure to make faces, then I can try. And also how minifaces are made for Fifa.

I am ready to help. I can put in the hard work. I won't quit as long as you don't. So count me in.

If mini-face just means cropping a pic to make a face then I know how its done. But I am sure there specific restrictions of dimensions etc that I don't know. I am pretty good at cropping off the backgrounds in pics..
