First off Keemo, there is no reason to get angry.
He does have a great point, and I believe the answer to what you are saying.
Basically during a graphic, there is the actual play you control and then there are animations and movements you cant control.
Each team has eleven players. So you are only controlling one, the rest are moved as animations.
What happens is, when the goalie is close to the balll, he has two options: kick or hold the ball, the ball was closer, and before you could gain control of your player, the animation began for the goalie. Just because he had 2 options there that is why that happened.
As pointed out, thats what happens in real life most times as well, the player just gives up on it, because its just a strange shot, you might hit the goalie by accident as well, thats a red.
Looking at that more times, its clear the CPU defenders animation had began before you, (explaining the reason).
He cleared, and the his motion began very quickly after he had deflected the ball by accident, abit before u were ready to hit it.
