this thread is for all the editors that would like to help me out on this one
in egypt we have a club named
(al Ahly)
and let me give you all some information about it to see that it's not only a local club it's a very big club world wide now to the fact's(These facts are straight from fifa site)

Founded under a nationalistic banner, Al Ahly have risen from their popular roots to become Africa’s most successful side almost a century on. Ahly, which means national, have claimed 30 domestic championships and four top African titles among their long list of honours and were named by CAF as Africa’s Club of the Century. Known as the “people’s team”, their massive fan base, traditionally from Cairo’s working class, is believed to top 40 million, making them one of the best supported clubs in world football.

Ahly began to dominate the Egyptian game with their eternal rivals Zamalek in the 60s thanks to the revolutionary tactics employed by legendary Hungarian coach Nandor Hidegkuti. But it was not until the 80s that the Red Devils truly emerged as a continental power, winning the top club competition in 1982 and 1987. They triumphed again in 2001 under the inspirational will of Manuel Jose and now, less than three years into his record-breaking second stint, Ahly have added another continental crown in an undefeated streak that has gone beyond 50 matches.

Tokyo Road
Even before the first ball was kicked, Ahly were acknowledged as firm favourites to win this year’s edition of the CAF Champions League. Jose’s team had broken all records during the previous domestic season: winning 24 and drawing two of 26 matches, scoring in all games but one and finishing a staggering 31 points clear of second-placed ENPPI.(now if you all say okay that was luck will i say to you that it's not couse this years league thay played 10 games and won them)

In this season’s Champions League, they opened up by thrashing Uganda’s Sports Club Villa 6-0 at home in the first round but were made to sweat before overcoming North African rivals USMA from Algeria 3-2 on aggregate in round two.

Drawn into a tough group with holders Enyimba of Nigeria, Raja Casablanca of Morocco and underdogs Ajax Cape Town of South Africa, the Cairo giants began with a tight victory over Raja 1-0. Away to the champions in Aba, young striker Emad Moteab scored the only goal to continue Ahly’s fine start. It was Moteab again who saved the Red Devil’s unbeaten run, scoring an equaliser against Raja in Casablanca in the dying seconds of the North Africans’ clash.

Although already through, their last group-game victory, 2-1 at home, knocked champions Enyimba out of the competition and set up a semi-final clash with arch-rivals Zamalek. Two wins 2-1 and 2-0 pleasured their massive faithful and after a goalless draw in the first leg in Tunisia, Ahly swept aside Etoile Sahel 3-0 back home in Cairo to be crowned kings of Africa.

The Bermuda triangle
Compared so much to the Hungarian attacking trio of Kocsis, Hidegkuti and Puskas, the mystery of Ahly’s so-called “Bermuda triangle” has been a major factor in their recent success. Mohamed Barakat, Mohamed Abutreka and striker Emad Moteab have accounted for 17 of the 22 goals scored by the Egyptians in the competition. Graceful and fleet of foot, Barakat’s wing wizardry has bemused all of Africa, including the side’s nearest, Zamalek, in the semi-finals. A prolific creator, Abutreka’s imagination knows no bounds while the striking instincts of the gifted and determined Moteab look set to take Egypt a long way in the next decade

Jose the maestro
The first Portuguese to coach a football team in the land of the pharaohs, Manuel Jose set out his stall with a 1-0 win against Real Madrid in a friendly match shortly after taking charge five years ago. That same season, Jose, the man said to have first spotted the talent of Luis Figo, guided a squad largely composed of under-23 players to the CAF Champions League title.

After a brief exodus, the former Benfica and Sporting Lisbon coach returned for a second stint in January 2003 and for the first six months scoured the continent to shape a new-look team. Led by Emad Al Nahhas, Barakat, Abutreka, Moteab and Angolan duo Gilberto and Flavio, the side to emerge has spent the past 18 months putting into perfect action Jose’s attacking ideals.

A brief history
Founded on 24 April 1907, Al Ahly was initially called the Ahly Club for Exercise. With Egypt under British control at the time, Omar Lotfi, the Head of Egyptian High schools, together with Edrees Rageb Pasha, Omar Sultan Pasha, Ismaeel Serry, Abdul El Khalek Tharwat, and Ameen Sammy created a club where local youth could spend their leisure time. The club, whose first president was national hero Saad Saghlool, play in the red of Egypt

Facts: Named African Club of the Century by CAF
Currently top CAF all-time ranking for African clubs

African champions Al Ahly were chosen by CAF as African Club of the 20th Century in recognition of their long and illustrious history. With 82 national and continental titles among their numerous honours, the Egyptian side currently coached by Manuel José have also set many records in the CAF Champions League, where this year they earned the right to represent their continent in Japan. They had the best goal-scoring record in the 2005 edition, netting 23 times while conceding just 5. Moreover they remained unbeaten in the 14 games they played on the way to lifting the title. If that were not impressive enough, their striker Mahmoud-El Khatib – the only Egyptian player to have won the African Player of the Year award (back in 1983 when it was still awarded by the magazine France Football) – captained Al Ahly to their most recent success. El Khatib is also the leading scorer in Africa's continental tournaments with 37 goals. (and for the record fifa say's over 50 games unbeaten it's actually 55)

Senior Squad
Al-Ahly is the African Club of the Century.
They have the world record set in their name in the number of points per season, and the number of matches undefeated in a row (55 matches till today).

They won this year's African Champion League, with an easy 3-0 win in the Final, and they also won the Egyptian National League more than 30 times. This year, they have a really powerful team, I strongly believe they cud easily snatch this years' club world cup in Japan.
