It works for me and I have Win 8 64-bit aswell.

Check net framework and also run as administrator.

.NET Framework 4 and 4.5 are installed by default in Win8. I can't unistall these because they aren't in programs and features. I try to run as administrator but don't change anything. DBM 14, FM 14 and CM 14 , in my pc, don't work. Please Rinaldo resolve this problem, fifa is boring without CM! (win8 64 bit)

So try installing older Net Framework versions, is not a problem of CM.

edit: They're still there, but not showing in Edit Player mode.

That happens because of Revolution Mod, not CM.
