CM question

For all of you interested in my Inter game, I'm really sorry to tell you I deleted it to start With Dortmund(With whom I haven't lose a game in the German Competition 4 wins, 1 win against homburg with a 2dn fiddle team 4-0) and a 6-1 victory over Rosenborg with Koller scoring 4 (the St) and Rosicky two. I've only lost in the regular season to Rosenbog at Trondheim I think their city is called.
Well here are my question.
1.) Should the free role be given to who? AMC? DCM? Who?most flair?
2.) What does the tackling stat represent? How often the played tackles? Or how good he times'em?
3) TO irmprove my young playerss skills, should I put them in skills training? Should I create a trainin regime for them? What?
4.) Why do Nikiforenko and To MAdeira's stats seem so low?

Gd luck with Dortmund. Iried but sadly failed with them!
To answer your questions-
1) It really depends whether they have high stats in Flair and Creativity. I tend to give it to my AMC but i dont see why it shouldn't work eith a DMC.
2)This means a bit of both, but i think it mostly means ability to tackle eg the higher the stat, the less chance of the player giving away a foul. You can check how many tackles your player makes a game in the player history.
3)I alwys assign my players to either Shooting (striker) Skill (midfielder) or tactics(defender) and i find this works real well in training young players. I rarely give a specific training routineunless i want to retrain a player into another position.
4) There stats look low because they are young andhave never had gd trainging facilities. But they both have high potentials so as soon as you start traing them wit yur excellent facilities, you are likely to see their stats shooting up. Always try and give your youngsters some first team action asi find this helps them develop far more quickly!

I've already bought 21 yeard old Isaac Okoronkwo..he seems rather good (7s and 8s most of the time).I got Reuther who's 35 and I listed him maybe to raise some cash. I also got Kohler who will retire and Heinrich. Metzelder I wanna loan out to a team so can he get good 1st team football. So if you got any good names for yound defenders, please let me know.

Titus Bramble, Paolo Cannavaro, and Christian Chivu (obviously) are good young defenders, and Bramble can play mid as well.

Also, look at the rest of the players on Shakhtar, the team you bought Okronkwo from. Assane N'Diaye and Julius Aghahowa are also great. N'Diaye is like Viera!

You have gotta good player in Okoronkwo, he does become a world class player in bout 2 or 3 seasons.
Titus Bramble has good stats but he never seems to get an ave rating above 6.70 for me - could just be my poor management but i think there are better defenders.
I woul have a look at-
Carlos Gamarra - Quite old but amazing for 2 or 3 seasons
Sebastian Mendez- World Class potential
Gabriel Milito - " " "
Joleon Lescott - solid player in the future
Cesar( Deportivo) - v solid centre back
Kevin Hofland - God
Frederick Risp - Brilliant young Swede

If i think of any others i'll give u a shout. Is Chriatian Worns playing well for you, cos he was diabolical for me!

Worns Heinrich, Kohler, have not failed me yet. yet "ive' lost 4 out of the last five games. I need a new tactic and quickly, so please. My point is that I need to rejuvenate that d. Alejanro Lembo: i placed a bid for him.

These Tactics always work a treat for me as you have both strong attack and defence. But for these tactics to work, a good DMC is vital, for Dortmund i reccomend Radoslaw Kaluzny.
