hey guys, ive been downloading some national teams and i would like to reassign the national teams to its correct nationality. for example, ive downloaded barbados.. and somehow it assigned its country id to holland.. and i cannot change it since it is grayed out and im unable to reassign it correctly. wondering if u guys can help me with this.. thanks.

when it reassigns teams in that way it is permanent.
The best way to fix it is to delete it then reimport it.
Let me ask you this, what do you want to assign the national team for? Are you using them in the "International League?" Are you planning on adding players or trying to use them in manager mode at any point in the future?

yea im using them in the international league.. and i do plan to use some players in manager mode. the national teams i downloaded are urs btw lol.. i really like ur work but ive made modifications of my own to many of those teams such as change the starting line up so it would really suck if i have to delete n reimport again. great job on those teams tho and keep up the good work.... hope u can help me find a better solution....

I have told Rinaldo about the bug which is something I have delt with quite a bit. He told me it would take several days to try to write all the code required to sever the connection between a national team and it's country. The best way to keep your work is to creat patches with the players and other data you want to keep saved to them... You could select just the linked players tab under teams. and just the database info tab under players. then delete your team, redownload them, reimport them, then import your patch for that team.
In the future the best way to prevent this from happening is to only assign one nation at a time. If you change barbados' country and make them a national team, save it right away before moving on to anything else what so ever.
For the time being I would probably suggest just leaving the nation blank until these issues are fixed which is what I'm doing with my database. There is very little use to having them assigned, particularly for nations that don't have a ton of players already in the game.
