Oh, bloody hell, I am such an IDIOT!!!!! I didn't notice the drop down list in the window that opens after clicking the team button. Many thanks, Outsider, this is going to make European qualification actually mean something now! It's not like me to miss something so flipping obvious! Never mind, I'll post your screens over at EA now, giving you credit, of course and a five star vote. Thanks again! Let's just hope it doesn't make the game crash or something: do I need to run 'Clean FAT' or 'Regenerate' before this will work?

In my computer, when I install the Creation Master and try to use, Windowns give me a message:

Creation Master found a problem and need to be closed. We sorry for the incovenience.

I can't open the program.

What can I do???

About kits: I have just uploaded the Kit-Design Master 09, I hope you and other patch makers can speed up a lot their job using this tool.

Rinaldo astonishing, now eve i can make a "kit", well subject aside... i was hoping to ask you if you know any way to convert the .fsh font files to .png files, have in mind that i will not use CM 09 and CM 08 doesn´t allow the size of FIFA 09´s fonts, please i know that maybe is not the topic around here but i really need to get this conversion done.

Any help would be great!

go to file, and then press Open - Fifa 09.....

after it loads u can do anything u want

I know how to use it dude.

I'm just saying that I can't open the Creation Master.

Now I installed version 1 Beta and I could open the Creation Master, but when I click on faces or on kits, it crashes with a message of error.

I read about and some people says that I need to instal DirectX. But i've already installed this.

What I need to do??

Edit: I installed the DirectX version that cames with the CD of my video card.
It worked.

Rinaldo i am trying to create a .cmp patch just with minikits. I deselect all the checkbox except minikits in teams tab. When i click on create patch CM just create a .cmp with 3 xml´s files inside and it not include the minikits. Notice that i have the option "save to gui folder" or something like that enabled.

Any suggestions?

i'm not sure if this is the same problem as others have mentioned in this thread about third kits and the fan shop; but i would like to know how i can give teams such as everton and man city their third kits. i have ticked the box next to the 3rd kit selection and have imported both the mini-kit and template, but it won't show in the game.
any help will be much appreciated.

What OS are you using? Vista, WinXP? Is it 32-bit or 64-bit.

It is known that 64-bit OS is one of the cause that CM09 don't work.

bug in Tournament Creation (Playoff)

Hi Rinaldo,
I had this problem when I tried to create the Playoff session for Italian Serie B that decide the 3rd team to be promoted to Serie A.
I choose to start with the tournament creation wizard, asking for a knock-out tournament with 4 teams and match to be played twice for semifinals and final as well. Then I checked the box IS A PLAYOFF and APPEARS IN CAREER MODE.
When I choose the teams for the semifinals (The 3rd placed in Serie B VS the 6th placed and the 4th placed VS the 5th placed) is everything OK. I expect the final to be played by the winners of the two semifinals but there is a combo box as if I would have to choose the team again!
Then, the last step is giving the 20th place of Serie A to the Playoff Winner, but when I choose the playoff winner appears "Winner of 1st Semifinal of Playoff Serie A" (so the 3rd promoted team will be the winner of the 1st Semifinal, independently from this team will win the playoff as well).

I tried to make the same operations on CM08 and there it worked fine, so I made a CMP patch and imported it into CM09. Btw, what's wrong with the procedure I made with CM09?

You can change kits with CM 09 and it'll work the career

Good find mate, definetely a bug. I will fix it in the next release.

Nothing, you cannot merge internal editing with CM editing, they are not compatible

You have to unlock them in the shop.

Nothing, you cannot merge internal editing with CM editing, they are not compatible

@Rinaldo: Can you also fix the bug with not deleting a stadium properly? To get the new Ewood Park to work, I had to manually delete all its .fsh and .o files with File Master.

It's not a bug. Stadium deleting as also other deletions (team deleting and so on) doesn't delete graphic and model files, but only the stadium from the db. It's the way CM works from the first version...
