CM10: Error 5037

Hi!

I tried to load a patch of bulgarian stadiums in my CM10 and when the I see the loaded patch message, then I could'nt save anymore and anything in CM10. I try to reopen CM10 or to restart my computer and every time that I want to save, it appears the following message:

Error 5037:
Current options do not allow to save database files

Anyone could help me? Thanks!
