CM16 with Audio Editing

Quick question. Got it working but, the one drawback seems to be you can't hear the sounds you are working with (or maybe I have missed something!) That being said, when you split a sound into it's fragments, do the fragments represent the syllables of the name as spoken? Example, Pablo Calandria has specific speech which has 5 fragments. So would the 5 fragments be Pab-lo-cal-an-dria like that?
Fragments are just split casually.
The only possibility for hearing sounds is to associate the sound with a player, launch FIFA and play a match with that player. CM cannot reproduce sounds because the audio encoder used is unknown.

OK problem. I have extracted a "specific" name and created a "generic" name as per your tutorial. Let's say I have created a new player called "Valdo" with player id 56001. The new generic speech "Valdo" is added to this player but does not seem to be heard in the game. However, if I create a plare called Valdo and give hime the exact player id he would have had in the db 47483 he is called. So unless I am doing something wrong, creating a generic version of Valdo is doing no good because the only way you can hear him commented in the game is if you create a player with exactly the right player id, it seems the specific commentary is directly attached to a specific player id and doesn't change even if you make it into a generic speech if you see what I mean. I have this with several players e.g. I created a brand new Robbie Fowler but the commentary only works with a player that has the specific id for Robbie Fowler (195). Also the new "generic" names are not automatically allocated to players of the same name I have to manually add the commentary and even then they are not called.

Just to add I've now tried a lot of games and it does appear that any "specific" commentary converted to "generic" commentary is not being heard in the game. Either I'm not doing something quite right (entirely possible!) or there's an issue. It seems to me that the link between the player ID number and the "specific" commentary is not broken by converting it to "generic" commentary, the sound is still only heard if it is associated with it' specific player ID.

hey Rinaldo, is it possible to expand the boots IDs allowed in CM? EA is now releasing in higher IDs tham 255, so they can't be used by the existing program

Hi Rinaldo, another thing that could be done as in previous CMs is to extend the kitnumbers (for now stuck at 255). In the previous ones it is possible to make assignments up to 1023.

By DB Master perhaps doing manual editing of n. of numbers works, what will get in the way is that when you save everything goes back to normal... but you would have to work on exporting the table to always be able to reimport after edits. But with the possibility of scoring for the CM himself it would be fantastic. Maybe also edit the GK's kits that we currently make via script there too.
