There is an installation guide I think on the England-Backham menubar. Either way, Kader got it in. I will go have a look in a mo prob.

EDIT:

Place in directory\data\skins\retro\graphics\panels folder and replace original.

Place in directory\data\skins\Skin Name Whatever It Is\graphics\panels

the skin must be menubar_bottom.png and over-write the existing file
