Not officially, but stores in the UK have had the game for several days now, and have been selling to people anyway. Release in the rest of the world isn't until April 1st.

"People" yeah, like Max. But it would be most fair to await the patch, that is supposed to be released in 4½ hrs, before actually completely destroying the game.
