i answered you already, you must wait until tools for 12 become available to make scoreboards for fifa 12 or you will just have to deal w/ that issue if you have to have that specific scoreboard in your game.

hello, with Texture Editor extract settings.lua file (from data0.big), extract in FIFA 12\Game folder.
Go to FIFA 12\Game\data\fifarna\lua
open settings.lua with notepad
go to this section strings (below):

-- disable pretty much all PostFX
as SetInt(settingTable, "PostFX_RainDrops", 0)
as SetInt(settingTable, "PostFX_AutoExp", 0)
as SetInt(settingTable, "PostFX_Bloom", 0)
as SetInt(settingTable, "PostFX_DOF", 1)
as SetInt(settingTable, "PostFX_Rectilinear", 0)
as SetInt(settingTable, "PostFX_Vignette", 0)
as SetInt(settingTable, "PostFX_ColorCube", 0)
as SetInt(settingTable, "PostFX_ColorCubeDepth", 0)

edit like this (marked in red - 0 to 1!).
save file and regenerate!!
the DOF now is disabled in all details settings (low/med/high)

Just stop. The ridiculous and unrealistic transfers, and the amount of transfers that happen as well, before season 1 has even started has all been discussed ad nausum. It's a definite issue and he's trying to fix it.
