I would like to know when you're a coach does bigger clubs or any other clubs come to you when they have a job opening or do I have to apply every single time.

I've never been approached as a top 10 manager in the world. The press sometimes has speculated, but I never have received an offer.

World Class

I've been listed as World Class for ages and when the England job came up I applied. There wasn't another English National with a World Class rating. But they didn't give me the job, they gave it to someone with an average manager rating. So god only knows how it works.

ive never been approached despite a world class rating although my friend got the robins into the preiership and was approached by chelsea.
