Well, how do you put white logos or sponsors under the shirt shadow? If I try to put the blend mode Multiply, white always turn transparent.

leave the sponsor in normal mode, then create a selection of that logo (ctrl-click on the layer thumbnail), select the template layer and press ctrl+J to create a new level from that selection. Then bring this to front (and put in multiply or what you prefer).
