I had a snow day today (I live in New York). :) I hate cold weather but for once it was good because snow kept me out of school.

I love the summer. 90 degrees and 100% humidity is fine with me. :)

Its been in the 70's lately so its been nice. It gets pretty cold in the valley at night though. It gets into the 30's here. That's pretty cold for Southern California. :o

What did you think of LA, USA Supporter? (H)

I had to walk to school today. It was mind-numbingly cold. I was wearing gloves but my hands still froze. My hands were so numb I lost all feeling in my fingers. I actually held my backpack (six textbooks in it) in my right hand and I could not feel the handle. What else... the snot in my nose froze. Pretty much my entire body froze... and then it took about an hour for it to thaw.

Gotta love Minnesota weather. (H)

Uh yeah. I'm even farther north. -20 F my friend. -42 wind chill.

Luckily UM - Duluth is more like a complex than a campus and everything is connected through tunnels. ;)

It was pretty nice, a whole lot nice than New York (but that isn't really saying much.)

I really liked the beach areas. I went to Santa Monica, Venice Beach and Malibu and they were all pretty cool. I also went to Universal which was awesome but was a total ripoff.

I thought LA was pretty cool. The traffic sucked, but besides that I really liked it. :)

Muahaha, yeah the traffic in Southern California, especially around LA, is horrible. How was Universal a total ripoff? I take it you went to the Santa Monica Pier right?

Flash flooding in the city yesterday? Rained 66mm over night. Storms yesterday etc.
Cricket got washed out. Tennis went indoors. Sheesh.

It is still 20 degrees mate, just coz it rains doesn't mean sh!t.

Also, wasn't there already a thread like this??? :o

-25 F this morning (-32 C)

-44 F with wind chill (-42 C)

At least we have a two-hour late start for school today. Don't know how much good it's gonna do though, it's still freezing cold. They should have just called school off.

Damn, Shifty. I think you've got wind about as bad as I do. When it blows at its hardest, it makes the temperature drop 20-25 degrees. Right now it only feels like -4 F, so it's actually gonna feel warm, when I go outside for class here in a bit.
