Collar Fix comapitble with 1102 Patch?

Ok I have this problem. I finally was able to install the Wolf EPL&CL Final PES3 PC Patch. The only thing I didn't do was extract the PES3.exe collar fix file since it would overwrite my official konami version 1102 patch and cause my game to go super fast. Then obviously the first thing I noticed were the collars messed up, but also every team had the "double-badge" problem. My question is, are there any collar fix patch that is compatible with the 1102 konami patch? The only reason why I'am asking this is because my game runs perfect with the 1102 konami patch, but with the collar fix it goes super fast which I'am not able to play. Can anybody please help me on this issue?

How would I do that? Besides, it will also give me double badges anyways which I don't want. If I go to Edit mode and unbadge the kits manually, then all of the font colors for the numbers on the kits will turn blue!

In one forum I heard that Wolf had the collar fix for the latest patch which is 1.3.1. I wonder if he also has a collar fix for the 1.2.0 Patch?

What collar tool is it by the way? Is it Waterloo's patch? If it is tell me how to use it since i'm all new to these stuff.

Ok now I have another problem. I have already downloaded Waterloo's latest tool but it wont retrieve my PES3 EXE. file and it also gives me a runtime error and closes. What am i suppose to do now? I'm using konami's 1102 Patch by the way.

Press button <Scan Other Version> on Main Form
Input the Original File name (i.e. Non-edited version, the tools need to search the offset of corresponding data)
Press button <Scan>, and wait for a while, if the offset found, a message will be prompted to save the information. If not found, that means the file is invalid, and this tools can't access this.
Return to Main Form, and select the version for "Others", and the operation is as same as before.
Please note that you needn't "Scan" each time you open version other than the specific ones, since the offset information is saved.

I'm sorry Jim but I still dont get it, it still gives me a file not found error and also a runtime error. It does save to offset file but i dont know what else to do from there.
