Comp subs + referee strict

Hi,
here are files to apply tactical subs by the computer and have strict referees
copy the folder "ini" in data/cmn and the folder "config" in the root directory of fifa 06
it's for the PC version

No, the default settings are always " CPU don't make subs"
I think they do this for the on line play

I changed these lines
REFEREE_STRICTNESS = 2 instead of 0

//CPU do tactic sub or not
DO_CPU_SUB = 1 instead of 0

I also lowered the cross assistance

CROSS_ASSISTANCE = 0
CROSS_ASSISTANCE_WIDTH = 0

That's all

I also have noticed that the line
//Attributes effect (On: 1 Off:0)
PLAYER_ATTR_CPU_EFFECT_ON = 0 or 1 is not there anymore in the ini folder
but after playing the game intensively yesterday , i can say that there is a difference of skills between the players.
must be coded in the exe. file now

saves no
online I don't know cause I don't play online but it should not because your opponent is human
