I'm in america and don't have a modchip, so I haven't played either WE7/PES3 or FIFA 2004, but looking at the videos, I can't say I like WE better... Look at the gameplay and ball physics, it's a drastic difference from 2003. Before (2003), you took a shot after rotating 180 degrees from the middle of offensive field, and it went into the goal at 500 mph... so stupid... that's not the case anymore... the ball moves at the right pace now, passes are not always going to fall on your player's foot, and player movement is so organic... nothing like the robots from WE7. Sure, they may pick up the ball differently sometimes, but when they are running, they still look like robots. Not on FIFA though.
I had played fifa 2003, and when I was introduced to WE6, after complaining about the graphics and movements, I got more and more into it, and couldn't play FIFA anymore. But this time might be different, cause FIFA's gameplay doesn't seem to be that stupid anymore...
Watch for yourself, if you've played both and have different opinions, you can't speak for myself... I'll play both and make my own decision...
