OK, now I made an interesting discovery. I installed bunch of leagues to my clean FIFA and when I installed Veikkausliiga patch (the first one from CEP collection) my FIFA crashed after selecting a finnish team in manager mode which it hadn't done earlier (I tried after every league installation to start a manager mode with one of the teams I just installed).

After the crash I opened my CM10 and tried to look if there's anything wrong with the finnish league. There was stadiums missing from every team. I added some generic stadiums for all of them and after that tried the manager mode again and everything worked just fine, it even let me through the "populating transfer list" -prompt.

And this was without installing the youngsters to the finnish league.

good news. now try to see if you can enter the second season, and third season after that, to see if it freezes or not.

After each installation I checked that the league itself works in manager mode (i.e. lets you start the league) and also that some other league (i.e. spanish league) works as well. After installing Malta it kinda mixed my tournament id's so that there were two slovensky superpohars (other one was lff super taure) but assigning another one a new league id it worked out and no crashes happened with those leagues. I have not installed or added any youngsters.

So far so good, everything works just fine.

I'll just have to check what happens after season or two. Is there an easy way to test it or do i have to sim every round after the season is done?

no, any player on a club w/ an id over 400000 will crash sm ,mm & bap.

man, one thing. Erase from Luxembourg team (Swift Hesperange" a player called Pinto, and from Minyor Pernik some other player; both of them have ids over 400000.

After that, try sim to see if u can go to 2nd season; my game freezes on the "scouting" and then sends me to desktop.

guys, still no fix for the NEW crash, as usual we'll rty to figure out. Our idea was to release on end may, or june; as u 'll know , the release will wait until the bugs are fixed =)

Second attempt w/Atletico Madrid: The game let me sim the whole season, I won Liga BBVA and Champions League but on 4th of July 2010 there was Spanish cup game and there occurred the freezing at 75%. Reason: ???

The finnish league freezing at the very first meters of the season troubles me why it did that but for the end of the first season freezing I was thinking that how is FIFA10 managing the calendar? Does it play the second season the same dates as the first season only changing the year from 2009 to 2010 and the teams according to prev season? If that's the case should you check the dates of tournaments again so that everything goes smoothly. As previous season spanish cup games were still going on in July when other leagues are starting the next season supercup finals etc at the same time when still the league cup winners are not known.

Just a thought that came my slimy brains. (I'm quite ill, I'm having a terrible flu right now...)

did u erased the two youngsters I told u man? erase them 1st Pedro Pinto from Swift Hesperange and Orlin Markhov from Minyor Pernik.

after that, sim again and it should work.

I did, but not the Minyor Pernik player. I didn't know his name so I just seeked for a player that has id over 400000 which I didn't find. But as he is Orlin Markhov, I'll delete him and then try again. We can fix this bug thing, I know it.

Late last night I simmed finnish league season once again after importing the youngsters in (before that I wasn't able to start manager mode with finnish league team). Season was simulated quite nice and at the end of the season game collapsed once again at the same place, after last game pressing "advance" to start a new season.

So that can't be because of the youngsters anymore because I already have them for finnish league. So the problem lies somewhere else. I do some research on the tournament scheduling things and get back to you if I come up with something...

they are youngsters. they should be free agents otherwise the game freezes or crashes at the "transfer window" option.
