I've downloaded your patch but can you re-post the individual CMP of the leagues you made with your CEP team.
The leagues are :
Bulgaria, Croatia, Malta, Luxembourg, Wales, Slovakia, Estonia, Azerbaijan, Lithuania, Albania, Georgia, Latvia, Faroe Islands, Macedonia, Montenegro, Finland, Armenia, San Marino, Andorra, Iceland, N. Ireland.

And are more players without heads at all clubs from liga 1 Ro

How leagues may can import in FIFA 10 with CEP 10 installed?
No want to risk for to crash FIFA 10, after a work with repair missing heads

the fat size limit is 294 kbs, look at yours & determine for yourself, thats all the help ill give you since you were spamming the thread.

fat: look into fifa/data folder, the file fifa.fat has a size; if iots bigger than 294, the game will crash

how to regenarate: open filemaster, creation master/tools or try fifamania regenerator.

You will be surprised how easy you will put 2000 faces,or more stadiums,and your fifa will work well
