It is because of Origin.
Tip: install a non-Origin version of the game. I'm not allowed to say where to get one, ut you get it, it is very popular.

Hi guys! I have this problem, I try to open in CM by felipe, or excel in and out these codes.

There seems to be a problem with the pop-ups.When i play on my tv in full hd,1920x1080 its positioned well,but when i play on my monitor at 1280x1024 its a lot more down on the left corner of the screen and i can see a bugged ea pop-up.Any ideas on how to resolve this issue or maybe on how to go back to default pop-ups?

delete overlay3002.big from fifa 12/game/data/ui/game/overlays/ , regenerate and you will have default scoreboard:p

Are you considering converting the players overall from FM12 to FIFA 12? I know is a convertor for this and it may help making attributes more real for romanian players. Just a suggestion.
