Nothing to appologize for... You had kits for many teams that still aren't made. They have been a huge help but that was really what I was lookin for.

But like I said, updates to my teams are always welcome. I want to create a base for others to work with. I want to create all the teams so that anyone can download them, and begin editing their corner of the world. Hopefully in time, we can pool all of our knowledge and various update patches and come up with much more accurate rosters.

I'de just like some credit for doing the grunt work. physically creating the players, physically inserting names and searching players names... Making sure that skin textures are moderately realistic. Making sure that Physical appearances don't make them look like Japanese Sumu wrestlers.

The goal is to create something that the community can work with and you are one of the first to take the teams, and do something ELSE with them. it's too much for one guy to get it all right.

Concacaf Club Patch Beta

Okay, the concacaf club patch beta is ready. I haven't tested it so don't be too surprised it it even installs correctly.

This patch has 2006 rosters, kits, etc, because it took so long to make.

But please post here input, like if it works, and if you like it, please give input

i'm going to post it as a torrent, the file is 45 megs. So you need a torrent program to download.

ok guys sorry for the delay, but the patch is done. At least version 1.0.

I've started a new website also called: www.newworldsoccer.com. It is very basic at the moment but will be updated later with graphics and download center later. It is a ressurection of the old "fifaconcacaf" website

i wanted to ask if there is a possibility to post your patch in cmp format because although i really want to play with these teams it's a little cruel to "kill" 10 months of editing in my game...i am sure others have the same problem...

Good point, I'll have to get it in .cmp format for everyone. I'll just need a few days, perhaps on the weekend I will Upload it.

No, this patch won't work in cmp, because they are too many players to add.
CM can't open cmp with more than around 30-40 teams, otherwise it will display "can't add more players", whatever if you have expanded the database previously or not

Better to split it into various part.

You'll see

I think it's the only problem of cmp's

Maybe this is more pratical than to back up files and take the risk to destroy one's installation: go to the EA SPORTS folder and "copy" with the mouse the whole FIFA 07 folder. Then go back to Program Files and "paste" it.
Now, rename the EA Sports one by "patch" (e.g.) and create a new EA Sports where you move the FIFA 07 pasted folder into it:
you have now 2 installs, just 'patch' by ea sports and the other way to select your proper install or a patch one to transfer material by installing patch (works for all the other patches too )

Hi all, great patch donovanfan.

I still having some problems with it. Im running the Spanish version of fifa (not sure if this has to do with it) but when im selecting the different leagues included in your patch the name of the teams doesnt show up, that applies to tournament mode.

Any ideas?

Yes, the spanish is the problem. I apologize about that, I didn't mention that anywhere in the installation that the text only works in English. but if you can change your eng.db to mex.db, if you are using mexican spanish, and you will see the name, but of course you'll see everything else in English also.

I have to make an spanish language installer or something, so the spanish speakers can play unhindered.

Hey Everybody, For whatever reason, the seattle sounders don't have a kit. The file simply is not in the zdatas, so I have to make a fix to add those kits. Sorry about that.
