Hi there, I was hoping someone could help me out.
I've just recently started my career (in Torino, Series B Italian League), and things are going quite well (4-2-0, and an easy 5-1 aggregate win in the first round of the local cup tourney). I'm beginning to run into a big problem though.
It seems all my players are getting terribly worn out.
The fitness levels on some of these guys are astounding.
My starting 11:
LF 98% (He seems to rarely tired below 85%)
ST 93% (He just came back from injury, hence the rest)
CB 77% (He has rested 2 complete games already, my top player)
RM 79% (Also rested 2 full games, both were around 30% before)
RB 63% (He has rested a game and a half)
LF 84% (Rested 2 games)
CAM 47% (I simply don't have enough players to give him rest)
CAM 89% (He rarely seems to tire at all)
CF 53% (Nothing much to note here)
CF 89% (Coming back off a multi-week injury, played 1 game)
GK 93% (Luckily he never seems to tire much)
After just a few matches, if I keep the same 11 in there each time, half of them will be around 30-45% fitness before the game even starts!
Could someone kindly give me some tips on keeping up fitness on my players? Should I be using my subs once I get a comfortable 1 or 2 goal lead to try and rest some players? I've basically been rotating out who I thought were the very tired (<50% fitness) players and starting my reserves/subs in their place.
Will putting points into the 'conditioning' upgrade be noticable? I'm around 50% of the way toward an upgrade in that category, and I'm really hoping it'll help.
Thanks for your time
